1 cup warm water (not boiling)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon raw honey
(Optional)
½ teaspoon grated ginger
½ teaspoon turmeric + a pinch of black pepper
1 green tea bag or chamomile tea bag

Heat water until warm, not boiling.
Add lemon juice.
Stir in honey until dissolved.
Add ginger or turmeric if using.
If using tea, steep for 3–5 minutes.
Drink warm.
