Ingredients:
Fresh cucumber
A small piece of ginger
A handful of mint leaves
Juice of one lemon
Water
Instructions:
- Slice the cucumber and ginger thinly.
- Add the cucumber, ginger, and mint leaves to a jug of water.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice.
- Let the mixture infuse in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy this refreshing detox drink.
